Zendesk Tickets Language Weaver connector, version 1.2 release

We're excited to announce that we have just released a new version of the Zendesk Language Weaver connector. You can find the connector in the Zendesk marketplace.
This completely redesigned new version supports integration of Language Weaver secure, enterprise grade NMT for Zendesk's Support Ticket feature. It offers a deeper integration in the Zendesk tickets environment, making it even easier for our customers' Zendesk agents to seamlessly support their users across languages. 
New features include:
  1. Automatic detection of the visitor's language and instant translation of messages directly in the Agent ticketing environment.
  2. An RWS Language Weaver icon in the rich text editor that allows the Agent to translate and submit the response to the visitor in one click.
  3. Both the original messages and the translated messages to and from the visitor are stored in the ticket history.
  4. Support for Language Weaver and Language Weaver Edge
